Apartments TADE Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the rental of private apartments between the landlord/property owner (“Owner”) and the tenant (“Tenant”). By entering into a rental agreement or making a reservation for the private apartment, the Tenant agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Rental Period:

The rental period will commence on the agreed-upon check-in date and will terminate on the check-out date specified in the rental agreement. Extensions to the rental period must be requested and approved by the Owner in advance.

Payment and Security Deposit:

The Tenant agrees to pay the agreed rental amount as specified in the rental agreement. Additionally and exceptionally a security deposit may be required to cover any damages to the apartment or its contents during the stay. The security deposit will be refunded within a reasonable time after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

Occupancy:

The maximum number of occupants allowed in the apartment is as stated in the rental agreement. The Tenant must not exceed this limit unless explicitly permitted by the Owner. Subletting or allowing unauthorized individuals to stay in the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Apartment Usage and Care:

The Tenant agrees to use the apartment for residential purposes only and in a manner that does not cause damage to the property or disrupt the surrounding neighbors. Any damages caused by the Tenant or their guests will be the responsibility of the Tenant and may be deducted from the security deposit.

Pets and Smoking:

Unless explicitly stated in the rental agreement, pets are not allowed on the premises. Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in additional cleaning fees and/or penalties.

Utilities and Services:

The rental fee may include certain utilities and services. Details of what is covered will be outlined in the rental agreement. Any additional charges or expenses incurred during the stay are the responsibility of the Tenant.

Maintenance and Repairs:

The Tenant must promptly inform the Owner of any issues or necessary repairs in the apartment. The Owner will endeavor to address and resolve any maintenance problems in a timely manner.

Liability and Insurance:

The Owner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the Tenant’s personal belongings during the stay. It is recommended that the Tenant obtains their own insurance to cover their personal property.

Termination of Rental Agreement:

Either party may terminate the rental agreement if the other party breaches any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In such cases, the party terminating the agreement must provide written notice to the other party.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation policy will be specified in the rental agreement. If the Tenant wishes to cancel the reservation, the policy will determine whether any refund or penalty applies.

Compliance with Laws:

The Tenant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules during their stay in the apartment.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the apartment is located.

By accepting these Terms of Use, the Tenant acknowledges that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions stated herein and agrees to abide by them during the rental period. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of the rental agreement and/or forfeiture of the security deposit.
